Plaster manufacturing 

Bailey Interiors has a strong history of innovation which has enabled us to develop specialist technology to improve the quality and efficiency of our production process. In particular, our cornice manufacturing equipment produces high quality standard plaster cornice work and our Austrian cornice machine creates specialised cornice profiles on site – with speed and precision. We have a 1300m2 purpose-built fibrous plaster manufacturing facility at 83-85 Boundary Road, Mortdale. This is the site where our company was established back in 1938 and from which it has continued to operate for our 70-year history.

At our factory, we manufacture all of our decorative plaster products including plaster cornice, architectural columns, decorative ceilings, ceiling domes, archways, plaster ceiling panels, decorative corbels, plaster fireplace, ceiling vents, acoustic panels and acoustic ceiling tiles.

Our factory also includes a mezzanine area where we produce all of our handmade plaster and architectural mouldings and reproductions. We also have a state of the art Showroom to display all of the plaster cornice profiles, decorative ceilings and architectural mouldings that our company presently produces.
